Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a therapy session or consultation has been completed.
  • If you cancel a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of technical issues on our end that prevent a session from being completed, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies, please contact us directly for assistance.

Non-Returnable Services Due to the nature of our services (therapy, consultation, mental health support), once a service is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
