Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once a therapy session or consultation has been completed.
- If you cancel a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund.
- In case of technical issues on our end that prevent a session from being completed, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Clients may reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies, please contact us directly for assistance.
Non-Returnable Services Due to the nature of our services (therapy, consultation, mental health support), once a service is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Disputes If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact us promptly with relevant details so we can resolve the issue.
